What is micros.watch?
micros.watch is a home for microbrand watches, the small, independent, and often crowd-funded brands that make horology exciting right now. Whether you own one watch or a hundred, just discovered the world of micros, or you're sketching the dial for a brand of your own, you belong here.
Here's what you'll find:

Community Rules
1. Be respectful
Treat everyone with kindness. Disagree about watches all you like, passionately even, but keep it civil. No personal attacks, harassment, bigotry, or hate speech. A welcoming community is everyone's job.
2. Post in the right place
Use the brand forums, reviews, and other sections as intended so people can find things. A quick search before posting saves duplicate threads. Keep discussions roughly on-topic within their thread.
3. No counterfeits or replicas
We do not allow the discussion, promotion, buying, or selling of counterfeit or replica watches (reps, fakes, or anything designed to deceive). Honest homages, meaning watches inspired by a design but sold openly under their own name, are welcome to discuss. Fakes are not.
4. Keep self-promotion fair
We love having brand founders and makers here. You're part of what makes this community special. But there's a line between joining the conversation and advertising at it. Share your releases in the right forum, engage genuinely, and always be upfront about your affiliation with a brand. No drive-by link-dropping, no spamming, no fake "reviews" of your own products.
5. Marketplace conduct
When the marketplace is open: describe items honestly and accurately, honor your deals, and never scam. We can't mediate every transaction, so protect yourself by using buyer-protected payment methods and common sense. Report anyone acting in bad faith and we'll act.
6. Keep it legal and clean
No illegal content, piracy, or NSFW material. Keep things workplace-friendly so everyone can browse comfortably.
7. One account, be yourself
One account per person. Don't impersonate other members, brands, or staff, and don't share your account. Just be you.
8. Respect privacy
Never post someone else's personal information without permission (no doxxing), and be thoughtful about what you share about yourself.
9. Work with the moderators
Our volunteer moderators keep this place running smoothly. Please follow their guidance. If you disagree with a moderation decision, reach out privately rather than arguing in the thread. We're always happy to talk it through.
10. How we enforce the rules
We aim to be fair and human about this. Most issues start with a friendly heads-up. Repeated or serious problems may lead to formal warnings and, if necessary, temporary or permanent removal. Our goal is never to punish. It's to keep micros.watch a place people enjoy being.
